So I'm making a basic bait stroage box and I'm using vinyl downspout. What is the best glue to adhere this stuff together? I've tried gorilla glue, "krazy glue" seems to be working best but I've tested it and it pulls apart rather easily. I don't think it works on vinyl that good. Hot glue is an option but it's messy and I don't think it's worth a try.

Here is what I got so far. I plan on making a clear, plexi glass lid so I can see everything. This is just a storage box for home, not a boat. It measures 25L"x15W"x14D" hanging height it roughly 13". It should easily hold 80-100 lures.

Thanks in advance!!

Wrap each chunk of your beehive ( ie: 4x4 chunk, 3x3 chunk, 2x6 chunk) with white electrical tape. Wrap it tight and the tubes will not move. Wrap the top and the bottom of each chunk, not just the middle.

Plus now you can add/remove chunks. No need to glue if you ask me. The tape works well and isn't permanent. It works well and looks good too. Being able to remove sections that are taped into blocks is nice. Zero mess, instantly ready and a roll tape costs less than a dollar.

Depends on the size of the lures. With the size of the spouts that was posted you certainly can get multiple lures per tube. I use the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 square spout and often can get more than one and up to 4 per tube. Small bucktails will be place in each corner and you can easily get 4 in each tube

I used a product from DAP, all purpose construction adhesive. It is white, and goes on like caulk, holds extremely well. The pvc glue seemed like to much of a mess for me, its awful runny. I put a nylon strap around the tubes to hold them in place until they dried. Nice product, no mess

Nice. Better than the old 5 gallon bucket!

Get the downspouts tight and spray Great Stuff between them. Trim off the excess after it dries. Much easier than using glue

Just get you a tube of silicone and put a couple of beads down each tube and stick them together Let them set overnight and you will be good to go. Easily taken apart if you need to replace one. Did this with a 5 gallon bucket for my ice rods and they stay stuck to the bucket all winter. Not one problem.

I use contact cement like you would use for fastening counter tops...works great.

Liquid nails construction adhesive makes an extremely strong hold. I made the same kind of box and put a top on it. It gets used as a casting platform for the middle guy when fishing 3 in the boat now.

just pick up a tube of adhesive like Dap, or Loctite that says it glues anything. Works like a charm. You could also use liquid nails as mentioned above. Any type of perm adhesive will work.

Mine fit nicely into the box I have and I don't use any glue. I can take them out when I want and do when i use it in the boat and it rains as I have no top for it. That fit so nicely that I can tip the box upside sown and then won't come out unless I shake the box.

Use clear silicone with a caulk gun or the tape idea sounded good also
