I just spoke with 2 guys in reeds in onamia last week and they said that fishing was slow but there were finding pockets of active fish in the weeds. The morning I spoke with them they had caught a 46 inch tiger and a 46 incher. They said they were there for a week and had caught 11 including 3 over 50 biggest 54.5. So I think to answer the question are they biting? I would say so. These guys told me they only saw a handful of other guys out there. Good luck and catch a monster.

FYI....Tigers can occur naturally. They do not have to be stocked to be present.

Tigers do exist in Mille Lacs, I caught a 49" tiger in 2001. My son was six and netted the fish and took the pictures. The picture was taken with a 35mm and I don't have a scanner. So unfortunately I can't show it to you.
