Location: Lake Country, Wisconsin | not sure how it happened but I broke one of my favorite rods battling a fish near the tip... Does anyone know if Okuma has any warranties on their rods and how to go about getting that done if they do?

I sent the handle section of my 8'6 XH in, and If I remember correctly, I sent 20$ to cover shipping the new rod back. Done Deal. Mark Rogers (California_Muskie) is a Okuma rep, and he's on the board maybe he'll chime in.

Location: Gilberts IL/Rhinelander WI | I broke a 9'3"H on a fish, opening weekend. I had to send in the part of the rod that has the specs on it. After i cut it off it, fit into a regular envelope. Sent them a check for $15 for return shipping. I had a new rod on my doorstep five days after I put it in the mail. Great customer service. Here is the contact info of who I talked to. Good Luck. The new EVX rods have a lifetime warranty, not sure about older ones.
