Hi guys,

Was just sitting here in my hospital room when Justin Blanchar of Vibrations Tackle brought me in the Vibrations Tackle T shirt that you guys autographed for me! You guys are awesome! Thanks so much for the kind wishes! I don't know if that shirt will ever be worn, as I'm looking for a display case for it. Thanks for all you did for me, as well as providing a great time to our deserving servicemen!

God Bless you all!

John,

I am so glad to see how well you're doing. I will continue to keep you in my prayers.
I had the pleasure of hearing Dad tell stories about his once in a life time trip to Operation Musky while we were fishing the Mad Chain when he arrived home. What a great organization. I would like to personally thank everyone who was involved in establishing and operating Operation Muskie including all guides and sponsors. This trip for my Dad was icing on the cake after almost 31 years in the service. Our servicemen and woman deserve every inch of muskie they caught up there. Thanks again and God bless.

PS Let's start planning for our trip to the Pipestone Chain!

The Operation Musky week was quite a blur, awesome time! I remember signing the T- shirt but did'nt hear that is was for you. I'm happy that it put a bright spot in your day and hope you get well soon.
I had the privelege to fish with Rob Blanchar, what an awesome day. Already looking forward to next year.

Hi John,

The one thing that I always come away with from OM each year is just how lucky I am to be a part of it. When the guides get together and talk about the event we all feel like we are the ones that have been treated!

I hope you continue to improve and get stronger, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Take care,

Ed Spoerl

Hey John, its great you are doing so well. That Operation Muskie group is a fantastic organization. I would like to thank everyone from Frank & Laura, to the guides and every one that donated in one way or the other. I also want to draw your attention to www.monsterlures.net as Billy B made a special OM lure for each and every vet there. Check out the pics.

Could there be OM collectors lures where the proceeds of the sales went to help fund OM? Lure /color patterns just for the annual fund rasing? Just thinking outloud, great org. & cause getting limited support.

Randy there have been OM special lures offerred in the yearly auctions. Sounds like a good idea to me --some of the custom builders donate lures each year and specially marked models would be pretty cool. I'm not on the board and just giving an opinion. [ I do pay close attention to the donor list and shop accordingly]
