| go to craigslist mpls/st paul,,,and enter boat storage or garage rental and you will find some options
there is a self storage place just over the 169 bridge on stagecoach rd which isnt that far from Richfield and somewhat on the way to tonka has it is west, it has a fenced in perimeter and there are expensive motorhomes and boats stored there it has 24 hr access it would be outdoors but seems safe, probably outlets for trolling battery charging
