Replacing the Pull Cord

Subject: Replacing the Pull Cord


I went to start my 25hp Mercury this past weekend and the pull cord broke. Does anyone know if I can replace the pull cord without taking the pulley and fly wheel off of the engine? Any help is appreciated.
