I would like to know if there would be enough interest into a muskiefirst outing in Eastern Ontario, Pigeon lake June 7-14th 2003 to be exact. Pigeon lake is a great numbers lake ( weeks of 20+ fish the norm ) with fish over 50 inches caught there on almost a weekly bases. There also are some joining lakes that can be accessed by water. Remember the Kawarthas lakes have no pike so muskies are king and queen there.
Outing fees would be $120 a person for 7 nights stay including, launching, docking, parking, a Tuesday night BBQ, lake map as well as one lure ( my favorite for that lake ) per angler and other surprizes during the week.
I would like to have around 20-30 anglers so that way we can keep a close nit group to exchange info nighty and have a lot of fun.
We would need to know within a few weeks to start setting this thing up for next years opener. [:p] |

| I need to know if you guys are in with a partner or alone?
We only need 7 teams to get this thing going then we will accept up to 7 more.
This will be a great time for all and yes many fish will be caught by all involved.
Once we go ahead with this thing we will need everyone to send a $50 deposit to the lodge for our reservations. |

| How far of a drive is it from Wisconsin, heard good things about those lakes.

| Your looking at around 700 miles from both the south ( Milwaukee ) and the north ( Eagle River ) ends on Wisconsin. Probably more like 11 to 12 hours or so depending on your highway driving speed. Some guys tell me they get here in 13 hours from Chicago and I am more then 3.5 hours away from Pigeon.
Hmmm 12 hours driving both ways is 24 wich can very easily be the number of fish boated. [:p] |

| Been trying to plan a trip to the Kawarthas for a year now. This would be as good excuse as any. If I had advance notice, I would probably make the trip with a partner. The sooner it comes together, the better our chance. Ferd and Winger take notice, start preparing the wife. Bahm |

Where do you plan to base to Outing out of,what Lodge?How big do you want it to be?Do you want to include a fund raiser for Muskies Canada Inc.,have dinners,raffle tables etc.? | hey Richard.. wish i could do this trip next year- but i only get 2 weeks of vacation time from work- one is spent memorial day week in indiana- and i think you know where i want to go for my other week- haha... wish i could get up to pigeon someday too, though... but i just can't commit to it... |
