Rusk lake or Forest lake for opener

Subject: Rusk lake or Forest lake for opener


Have fish Forest lake a lot over the years. Was woundering what Rush lake was like early?? Does it have ALOT of people fishing on opener? Is it a good like in gereral? any sugestion on east or west, and colors that seem to work best. Or is Forest lake better????

Location: Twin Cities, MN		Well, I hit Forest on Sunday, and it was a typical day for me. ( Hot, bright, sunny with little wind ) My daugher managed a snall pike, but I did not see any ski's. Lot of boats, expecially pleasure boats and other water lice after 11:00 am. I did not see anyone pulling their nets out.
