Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | How did everyone do this weekend? Some had the opener, some were hitting some high southern waters, and some are still waiting for seasons to open! My boat is still in the shop but beat the crap out of myself in the gym (yay). |

Location: Greenfield, WI | The Milwaukee Chapter of Muskies Inc. had their 25th Annual Opening Weekend Outing with the Quad County Illinois Chapter of Muskies Inc. on Pewaukee Lake.
For the 21st time the traveling trophy stays in Milwaukee. We caught 3 legals with the biggest being 47", they caught 2. There were 15 boats from each chapter.
It is a great way to start each season.
Water temps were in the lower 50's. |

Location: Richland Center, WI. | Hit Twin Valley for a few hours this morning. Saw one musky in shallow water sunning itself that was not interested in eating. Water temp was 54.5 when we started. Did not check when I left. Nice day to be out on the water. Saw a guy in a Tuffy with a small child had one hit but lost it. I'm sure the little guy was excited to see that, I know I was!
