Were you fishing in the Madison chain? I am going to school at UW-Madison and am looking for good places to fish 'skies. I have heard of Menona, and Wingra. Does Mendota, Waubesa, or any other lakes have muskies? If you could, just give me a lake profile (numbers, size, any thing I should know) |

Location: Girdwood, Alaska | Got one Saturday morning, a real hefty 46". When the fish first showed itself I noticed something sticking out of it's mouth in addition to the H20 Nitro. Ended up being the tail of a 20" redhorse sucker. It's amazing it could put down that large of a meal and still want more!

| Hey A-Roz, why did you steal that fish's breakfast?!? I was up in Canada a few years ago and we had a fish hit 3 casts in a row, finally got caught the third time it bit. Got it to the boat, probably a low 40 inch class fish, and it had the tail of an upper 20" class northern sticking out of its throat. Some fish are gluttons. |

Location: Waukesha & Land O Lakes, WI | The weather up in Land O Lakes was excellent, maybe even a tad too nice. Walleye fishing was ok, one of my buddies boated a 46" gator on a 3/32" jig and crappie minnow.

Come on AROZ. I know where you fish. You too should not be shocked that the females of any species around there have wide shoulders and big bellies because of their predilection for large snacks. |
