made this trout ( 6", sinking) to go after some Tiger Muskie's . found out that some were planted in a small reservoir not far from me some years back and should have some size by now. never fished for them before so i'm anxious to give it a try.

6" trout, slow sink

Wow!!! Amazing detail!!! Very awesome, indeed and very nicely done!!

What's the action on it like? How much does it weigh? How do you fish it? jerk/twitch bait style? Or is it more like a crankbait?

1.7 oz. without the hooks. lots of lifelike swimming action with very little head movement. mostly in the body and tail. i fish them all ways. steady retrieve will swim it back in a straight line. sweep it and pause and it will turn 90 degrees.
the lure is going to follow the line of retrieve so if you let it sink you can go deep or reel it back when it hits the water and it will swim just under the surface.
