I'm looking for cedar. White or Red doesn't matter. Should be fairly knot free for turning on a lathe. Preferably 2x2" or slightly larger. Anyone with info or a supplier, PLEASE PM me. Thanks!!

I get mine at Home Depot. The have D grade (no knots) red cedar in 2x2x8' for deck balusters (actually 1.5 x 1.5). You can turn them to get about 1 3/8" diameter. I think they were around $6 last time I checked. They work great.
