I have been researching sonars and I have narrowed my choice down to a Humminbird 800 or 998. Looking for any suggestions as to the best place on price

Just use google shopping or bizrate.com

I just bought two birds and I found a couple of pretty good deals from some rather unknown spots doing this.

Im pretty sure the cheapest is universalmania.com. For a 998 they are around 1649 shipped. Don't think your getting any cheaper than that. Although I have heard great things about bbg. (I have not used either of them)!
