| I have a walk the dog type lure with a signature under the tail by the name of "Joe Frisk". I have no idea whose bait it is, can anyone help me? |

| Some of Joe's jerkbaits from the earlier 90's stayed very high in the water. Back then we referred to them as "soggy Jackpots". |
