Ok, guys. I just got signed up with 350 channels. What fishing shows are on nowadays and what time/day? I haven't had anything but basic local channels in 7 years. I'm so far out of the loop.

Use the search feature on your DVR and record Keys Outdoors, Musky Hunter, Badfish Outdoors, Midwest Outdoors, Hunt for Big Fish, Next Bite, Fishing with Joe Bucher. Most shows run on weekends and if you DVR them, you can watch show per day for the next week.

Don't know if it aires in MI. but Outdoor Logic is a MN show that is good also. Can be found on public channels. I also always check the commudity access channels they often times will carry fishing shows. but with Verus, WFN, sportsman Channel,Outdoors Channel....there is fishing 24/7 somewhere.

The next bite is good. I also like Zona's awesome fishing show, but that is mostly bass.

Jim, there is a channel here in MI that has Midwest Outdoors, Joe Bucher, Badfish Outdoors......Not sure what channel it is. We have it on Charter Cable.

Also, my favorite show, the Angling Edge is on at 10am saturday mornings on VS.

VS also has Hook n Look my favorite bass show, and The Next Bite, Bass Pro's and some others.

Fox Sports Detroit has two different In-Fisherman shows on.

If you have charter then it should be on Charter Main Stream, that's what I always watch Bad Fish, Joe Bucher, and Outdoor Logic on.

I wake up specifically for Keyes (and to eat) on Saturdays, I work 2nd shift so I always get to bed late I love Keyes and Musky Hunter right after that, makes for a great hour. Well then you've got Waters and Woods after that, I also like watching that too.

All the other shows mentioned are great, and I watch them whenever they're on.

If you don't get ceretain you can always watch it On-line off their website for those that have it. That's what I do since I don't get it Bad Fish Outdoors. I also download Keys Outdoors to watch as well. I wish Musky Hunter would put theirs on-line.

Yep. Great Bunch of guys, and a great show.

If you or anyone is on facebook, Al posts alot of interesting videos of the inner workings at the Angling Edge office. Same with the the Angling Edge page on facebook.

Babe Winkelman still does Good Fishing. Several time slots for viewing are available.

For me, I started to lose interest years ago in In-Fisherman.

Right around the time that they started to focus on SO MANY different fish.

It used to be large/smallmouth, crappie/panfish, Pike/Musky, and sometimes Catfish.

Now, add in trout, salmon, striper, tarpon, carp, gar, you name it.

I've got U-Verse and it's on WFN, Comcast Sports and Fox Sportsnet.

I'll echo what's been mentioned already, but I also actually like North American Fisherman as well.  I personally think the NAFC is a sham, but their show is actually really good.  I like the Doc Talk and the various hosts aren't hokey.  They only try to sell you their "member endorsed" junk as the very last segment of the show and it's only a few minutes.  A really good show from (what I think is) a surprising group.

I also watch several saltwater shows on Versus. Hunt for big fish with Larry Dahlberg is great. Also Into the blue, Saltwater Experience and Bass to billfish are good shows. You can pick up some great info that can be adapted to freshwater fishing.

In-Depth Outdoors is another good, informative show. Not much muskie action, but a good show nonetheless.
