Is the hood painted with about a 2" wide orange detail around the back of the hood with black lettering? If so, Chances are it will be around 1973.

If the hood has black decals on the sides with orange accents and white lettering, it will be a 1974 or 1975.

Great little motor regardless.... bout the only thing those need are new alcohol resistant fuel lines and it will be good to go!!

i believe it is a 1973. model number is 73s...im guessing for sea horse?? motor is very clean and the lines have already been switched over...when i got the motor from my uncle i had it serviced right away as it had not been ran for a few years...always ran and started easy...
