Just wondering which resorts people have stayed at on the goon and if they liked them or not. Any feed back is greatly appreciated.

Indian Point Camp was nice, very nice owners. Docking was a little screwed up but it worked just don't plan on having the same spot all week. If I ever go back to the Goon I would stay there again.

stayed at indian point 2 times now.their docks are protected from most any wind.if you want to dock in a certain spot you need to "mark" your territory.we started fishing right from the dock and caught walleye, pike and bass.saw a good muskie on the island 200 yards out from camp.they run a very nice camp plus they're pretty fun!you can run as far as you want but don't need to,just put the trolling motor down and start fishin'.we'll go back there sometime as we saw some giants and caught some nice fish.plenty of pike to keep you going.

I stayed at Indian Point as well and had no complaints. Cabins are great, well furnished, Hank and Cindy are fun owners and very helpful. They saw to all of our needs. The docking was a bit of an issue at times but not enough to not make me want to go back. They will give you a gps unit with all of the dangerous rock spots marked on it...they give you a fishing update and set of guidelines as well. Most importantly...that fish fry on Wednesday is just great! The tartar sauce is awesome!!

We caught fish every day and were up for the opener. Didn't muskie fish every day but we did manage a few. LOTS of 30+ inch gators on spinnerbaits....great fun!
