I just tie them to the back of the boat and put the trolling motor on 100.

Check out thousands of topic about dbl 10. 13 don't really pull much harder than 10. I throw both on same rod/reel.

"The Best" Would probably be a Trinidad 16n with a 9' rod of your prefrence... Many cheaper options, but the consensous is...The trinidad is the best reel for burning at this time.
For slow rolling them a 7000 abu or a Calcutta TE will be fine
Avets and Saltists are cheaper popular options also..
Too many rod options for me to pick one.. Though I'm leaning towards the 9' St Croix myself.
