Location: Bemidji | I got a chance to use it at the end of the season. You can throw big rubber with it nicely. Frank from Frank's Custom Rods built it for me and said that I could throw 2lbers with it but I didnt get a chance to try. Throws pounders and big medussas with ease. |

| I have one. Its a great rod. I have it paired with a Trinidad 16N in the spring -Summer and put a 700TE on in about October. I throw anything from DCG's to Pounder's. Mine is only 9 FT. If I did it again I would go 9'6. I have thrown down to Showgirls with the longer rod. The rod loads up beautifully and tosses big baits a mile. It also makes heaving them over the course of a long day or trip much easier on your body. You can throw 2 pounders with if that is a go to bait I would get an XXH Pred. |
