I am currently shopping for a glass boat under 19' and have come uo with the following list:
Tuffy X-176(out soon)
Skeeter MX1825(late spring)
Yarcraft 1785SC
Yarcraft 186FX
Triton 117 Explorer
Ranger 1860 Angler
Ranger 1760 Angler
What obvious choices am I over looking? I know there are more Tuffys but I am not sure on all the diffrences in the models.

Skeeter makes some pretty good quality boats.

Warrior is out of business, so you'd be looking at a boat that has no warranty or service options.

I have a Ranger 1860 Angler and couldn't be happier. It has all of the Ranger quality at a more affordable cost. I have used it primarily for musky fishing with occaisional mult-species fishing. It has been totally reliable, smooth and confiident handling in small and big water in all weather conditions. It has been my best boat among many by far.

Both the Ranger 1860 Angler and the Lund 186 are great great boats. Amazingly wide beam, tons of room. I could have bought a new 2008 Lund 186 with a 175 Verado for just under $30,000. I passed up on it, bought a Ranger 618 used and love it, but all things considered I should have bought the Lund when I had the chance. Just couldn't bite the extra $$ with the bad economy.

I have 2010 lund 186gl fisherman and love it ,one sweet ride and designed by lund so you know its a great set up for fishing , the only down side is the bow is a little high off the water but with the new longer rods I doubt it would be a big deal
