Location: Germantown, WI | I wasn't able to make the chicago show this year, so i'm getting a bit ancy waiting for Milwaukee. I have a list of things i'm very interested in purchsing this year that includes:
Musky Maverick Bucktail ( need to see what this looks like in person)
natural color shallow invader
Red October Monster Tubes ( apparantly one can be rigged shallow and another a bit deeper- might get both sets of rigging?)
Cochran Musky Bling- (maybe?)
Twisted Sucker Jerkbait (BTW- who makes these, is there a company name?)
Bait Rigs Bucktail with the fishlike blades
Tony Grant's Fat Belly Rattler
Musky Train MX6 Jointed (possibly?)
True Glides ( I can't get myself to spend that much on a bait, so i will just admire them!!)
Phantom ( i really want the Hot whitefish and maybe some custom color if available)
Glittertails ( possible 2 of these)
Spanky Baits ( i like their baits and while i don't anticipate buying one, once i get in there and see all the options right in front of me i bet i will really want one)
Storm Flatsticks ( won't need to buy at show as i just ordered from cabellas)
I only purcahsed 3-4 baits last year, so this year i think i'm going to splurge a bit!!
What does everyone else have their eye on?

Location: Antigo Wi. | I am just really getting anxious to get back to talking to people about musky fishing and seeing what are going to be the new hot baits for the year. Not going looking for anything in particular, but will for sure be leaving some money in Milwaukee. It is always about this time of year when I begin hating winter. See everybody there. |

The Twisted Sucker is part of the Top Predator group. So that is the company we do some promotional things for different companies. But the Twisted Sucker is our own. The main person ( Mark Dresow ) behind the bait has been making baits for over 20 years and has been part of many of the best.
We also run the Ironman Musky trail and have a group of tournament teams that all fish muskies in the PMTT, PRO MAC and others.
We will have a booth that you can see all of the colors of the Twisted and also pick up some of the Tackle Ind. products at some great prices. We will also have rods for sale at the show.
See you next week at the show.

Location: Wishin I Was Fishin' | H2O Tackle will not have a booth at Milwaukee. If Roger can't make the show, I will have a few hardheads and tails at the swap. Please contact Roger soon if you want me to deliver anything special in particular.
Roger will be at the Michigan show this weekend and Musky Magic in New London. |

Hoping to get some fishing clothes for the kids and myself as well and maybe customs color phantoms. |

| I can hardly wait. Considering I missed it last year, I think I'm more excited about the show than I am the Super Bowl win. Now the debate... take a 1/2 day vacation on friday and get there shortly after the show opens, or wait til saturday when half the custom colors are already gone? I think I know what I'm doing. |

Location: New Berlin,Wisconsin,53151 | I'm actually looking forward to a couple of the seminars, I just can't make-up the mind which day to attend. Saturday alway's fits the time schedule having the swap meet on that night it rounds off the day perfectly. I want to see how those just encase boxes, I hear they'll make to order. Other that just meeting all the friends.

| I generally like to do the Saturday thing at shows--come early, and then stay as long as I still have a dollar left...but this time the Friday evening seminars are just too good not to be there. Just can't see missing both Steve Herbeck and Tom Gelb in back to back appearances. If I stay in the seminar room, I may still have gas money to get there again on Saturday morning. Marty |

Location: Freedom, WI | Unfortunately I will not be there as I will be with my daughter at UW Madison hospital for the weekend. Joe will have some HardHeads at the swap or if you can catch him walking around the show or Mama Mias for pizza (I will be missing that). |

| Live Action lures will not have a booth at the show this year. Craig is taking a break from shows this year. I am picking up a case of big Joe's to bring to the show for him. They will be in the Rollie and Helens booth if you are looking for them.
I will be working in the Muskie Train booth, he only had enough time this week to make few more of the prism MX9's after being sold out at the other shows. I think he said he only has 6 of each so get there early if you want them. Also has a limited amout of Diesels also.
Thanks,
Jeff Hanson |
