| Well guys, my season looks like it is over. Comming back form Cave Run, me and my dad had a car wreck. We think our tralier tire blew. We rolled in the truck once and the boat went flying off of the trailer and went down a 60 foot hill. The truck and boat is both totaled. All of our fishing rods are snapped in two and baits to. My dad is all right but i got my hand wrapped in bandages because they are cut pretty bad and one side of my head is scrapped up. The paramedics said we were lucky to get out of the of the crash. But the main thing is that we are all right. I dont know when we will get a new boat and truck but it looks like we wont be on the water for a long time. It is weird that the crash only happend about 10 seconds from our house. I guess you never know when accidents will happen.[:halo:] |

| WOW!
At least you are resonably ok. Boats and cars can be replaced. The fact that you are worried about not fishing anymore this year means things could have been ALOT worse. Maybe you can hitch a ride on someone elses boat this year. |

| At least you guys are ok! The other stuff can be replaced + like Dave said, other musky dudes will be happy to help out I'm sure. Let us know if you need anything! |

| Glad to hear you are OK!! That sounds really bad...I blew TWO tires on the recent trip to New York, and can tell you it is indeed dangerous.
I would be willing to bet once you heal up, if you post here looking for a day on the water, there may be someone willing to get you out there a couple more times this season.[] |

| When we share our misfortunes they will not go unrewarded, as you may spare someone the same.I am sometimes in too big a hurry to inspect my trailer before load out. This is the best time to check hangers,u-bolts,hub bearings, tires and wheels. You can bet,due to this awareness,I will take the time.I used to be an over the road specialized heavy hauler.I have pulled trailers with up to 12 axles.Sometimes things just go wrong no matter what you do.Prevention just helps us sleep better..............I'm a bait junkie and I've got a bunch hanging in my shop.I will be glad to send you some so you can get your groove back.I think I saw a couple B-Flats hangin there.Don't go throwin yourself down a flite of stairs now...............Get Well Soon ...........mail me |

| Glad to see you are ok, I hope your insurance takes care of you. Remember the material things in life are expendable and can be replaced. You and your father cannot. I am sure some folks on this board will be glad to get you out on the water, just let us know where you are from.[:)] |
