Location: On my favorite lake! | Those are grants rattlers. Dward I did some damage but saw some guys with a lot more than me, which is great. Those trueglides were really nice. I liked the size of the new tuffy boat but didn't like it layout. The double dogs were good looking but would like them in the regular size vs the larger sizes. The new St croix rod had a really nice feel defiantly on the wish list. |

Location: Appleton | Got a few things. Ended up with a Tru Glide because I've looked at them the last few years and decided this was the year. Lots to see at the show. Kinda surprised MI didn't have show color Double Dawgs. Could have bought a few other things but Milwaukee is just a month away. Also got the new Gregg Thomas DVD (not pictured) Watched it on the way home and it's good like usual. Surprised Thomas was the only DVD I saw new...maybe Milwaukee.

Location: Richfield, MN | Rhino what did you pay for the Just Incase box. I am saving up some cash to have a box or 2 made up special. Hopefully have enough cash before June opener.
Love the way you can look and see what is in the box!!!
You can PM me the price.
Have you seen any 10" Hellhounds or Phantoms. Any show colors for these that you have seen.
Thanks again Rhino for posting pics for those of us that cannot be there. I am showing the pics to my dad who is in the hospital. He about crapped his pants when I tod how much some of the musky stuff costs. If all goes well with his cancer he is going to go musky fishing with me this year for the 1st time ever musky fishing. I am really looking forward to it.
Keep the pics coming.
Thanks

| I was sooooo close to not spending any more money than a bottle of Mend-it and the smallest size replacement for one lousy inexpensive but damaged lure....and then I saw Crash and Justin Mullins with their new Bluegrass rods in just about the sexiest, prettiest shade of red this side of a summer sunset...and well, I just had to have one. The best part is that you know Crash and Justin are going to stand behind any kind of problem you might have with no questions asked. Marty Forman |

| We had a great time at the musky show, it was good to see some old friends and chat with some new. Picked up a few goodies too, a LeLure Creeper that was too cheap to pass up, a Nimmer Swimmer Prop Dog Plus, A Nimmer Swimmer Loco, and finally joined the Cowgirl movement.
The swap meet was a good time too, it was fun BSing with people.

| A Pearl w/ black back Pounder, a walleye double Dawg, a ciscoe double Dawg, a silver/blue hurricane and the new Shumway quickset rig. Non baits were MH long sleeve shirt, short sleeve for my son, hat, key chain (even the key chains are getting bigger), burnt pretzel and a pop. It was a toss up between the burnt pretzel and the burnt pizza. I also booked a day with a gyuide for a new lake to try. A great day. |

Location: Not far enough north! | I threw a hurricane in some open water I was able to find on saturday. It pulled as hard as I thought it would better have a winch or 4 gear ratio to pull it. Moves a ton of water! After using one of those you will have to pull a double ten to take a break... Also threw a hose bait Fatty and my first thought is that it looks like a muskrat coming through the water Sweet! My buddy made a bait years ago with a giant blade like that one and it was almost impossible to keep spinning and keep in the water. I hope that one works, might have to troll it with down rigger...

It was a good year because I had a blast and did not spend that much. And no matter how hard I try, I can't outlast those St.Clair guys at the vendor party! daang that caffeinated beer!

I have one just like that, it was an all white one that I marked up with a sharpie.
I like the custom invader colors though. They've been my favorite lure since catching my first musky ever in September 2008 on the jailbird pattern. I will never forget that fish.
That 10" Hellhound is just sexy! Although I prefer holoform bluegill flavor. Edited by MartinTD 1/18/2011 1:29 PM

Yep, and I realized they were $38 AFTER I picked one up. DOH! Would have probably passed for that $$. Oh well, the color is sweet anyway. Better stick a pig on that sucker though. lol
I don't have a pic available of the color, but it has some greens, browns, white and other colors in it. |

yo Ian I'd b careful wat u say I'll have kieper tie up one of those MI beast quick strikes custom made with a muzzle on the front that breaks off, we gotta have franz put the rubberband through it's nose though hahahaha |

Location: Illinois | Hey they were awesome looking but for certain 39.99 is out my league. I'd rather buy the 5 white ones for 19.99 and see if I could get them painted cheaper than 20.00 a bait. They had bluegill, perch, sucker and one hot chart/orange pattern. Nothing wrong with Chaos Tackle making a profit, and Thorne Bros. as well, it's just a product that my broke ass cannot afford!! IF I could rationalize spending the big bucks I'd have bought 2 of each!!! |

| Mikey,
hahaha, Franz...Jagermeister anyone? I saw Eli last night. He said you guys sold a lot of those fat belly rattlers. I would love to try a few of those on the big pond for some Kings and Steelies. This year we gotta get out more often. I'm game to get outta town whenever w you guys. Next time I'm back around Btown I'll hit you up and we can put something official on the muskie map. Also, you guys need to get out to McGraw w us and get some ice time in soon.
PS. That dog just threw up in my house, it's time for Kieper to "Hand Feed" her to one of his big river pets. |
