| Hi, I was thinking of designing some “squirrely” versions of some of my baits and was checking these out http://www.basstackle.com/TWINJECTOR_p/twinjector.htm
Has anybody tried them? Are there any other similar products out there?
Thanks
Mike

Location: Oconto Falls, WI | Mike while I haven't done the hand injecting yet, I intend to shortly. The one you have shwon is only needed if you want to do a two-tone bait.
Here are two more resources I have found you can get hand injectors from.

Also I had talked to Del at Del-Mart molds on making me a custom injector for a larger qty of plastic. While he said he could make it, he also highly suggested I just get one of these which I have.

Saved myself about $75!
If you are not making your tails full round like a grub you really don't need an injector. You may be able to just hand pour it. As it is I have hand poured some giant grub tails in a two piece mold. | |

| Cool, thanks Travis! They have a stock 10oz injector at the basstackle link I posted. Pricing looks comparable on all of them. I like the bayonet locking feature too. I’ll need an injector for the design I have in mind, and heck might as well have a two color option. I’m sure the dual comes apart for single injection.
I can’t wait to see what you’re working on! Need any help with the CAD for machining?
Thanks again,
Mike
Ps. What’s the cycle time on one of those? Not sure how many cavities I’ll need
