| I just picked up one of these reels this past season (primarily for burning big blades) and got some good use out of it but nothing excessive. However I'm starting to notice/hear this tick...tick....tick noise in the reel when pulling big blades, power cranking big baits or battling a fish. When you are not exerting pressure on the reel and just normal retrieving the sound is gone? Has anyone else experienced this with this reel? Is this a sign of something about to go out on it? Not sure if parts need to be replaced already because it cast and reels just fine but this nuisance noise is now there. Purchased reel brand new and is in mint condition. Any suggestions? | |

| Pure Fishing(Spirit Lake,IA) is currently sending out new reels to the customer.The ones i get in,go right to Pure Fishing(thats what they told me to do).
Also,if you have a 5600EXT/6600EXT,they are replacing those with a Record 50/60
