Use your browser's search function and type in "catch-and-release" here: http://www.carleton.ca/fecpl/papers.html

The most thorough review of everything C&R that I've found can be found at #109 in the above link (Arlinghaus et al. 2007)

This field of research is rather large so perhaps you can pinpoint specific types of C&R papers. For example, are you looking for mortality papers, injuries, physiology, behavior, habitat selection, cardiac function, locomotory impairment, etc. related to C&R angling?
