It's at a bar upstairs from a bowling alley- Officials Time Out in Hoffman Estates. Time is 7PM, tables are free, but you have got to be there AT LEAST a HALF HOUR early- it starts filling up fast each year, or else you end up standing against the wall and less people see your lures. CANNED FOOD ITEMS- Bring a bagful and you'll get some tickets for some very cool door prizes, drawn at the end, somewhere around 8:30 or 9PM, if I remember correctly. You can bring stuff to sell, and walk around and check out everybody elses stuff. My advice is to have a friend watch your things when you go walk around and vice versa. I've met some awesome people there and expect the same this year, but with the crowd and LURES galore, it's pretty EASY for a bait to walk off unnoticed. Heck, quite a few times my sweater gets hooked as I'm brushing by a table! And if you can find a place to crash locally, DO stick around for the TRI-ESOX vendor party. It too is a hoot!
