True statement. Back on Oct 11th I almost got to meet my maker. But I guess when I seen him at the end of the tunnel I must of been able to out run him as I have survived!!!!
I had a PE (not sure how to spell) But I had numerous blood clots enter both of my lungs which ended up shutting down my breathing!!! Thanksfully to awesome docs at Abbott I am around to continue my quest for my 1st musky!!!
Now the reason I am stating this is that I had some dealings going on that I have no clue what they were. Someone from my family went onto this site while I was away and now I have lost all my PM's.
So if anyone had any dealings with me back in the middle of Oct I appologizes for my lack of followup/through. But I was unable to deal with anything there for awhile.
So please send me a PM if I was in the process of buying stuff from you and let's see if I can still swing the deal. I was out fo work for a month with some short term disability but not a full check while I was gone. But I am still looking for lots of lures rod and reels as well as maybe another tackle box!!!! I am always dreaming that I need about 200 more lures!!!! LOL just kidding.,
But I want to appologize once again but what happened was out of my control I as well as my family am just thankfull that I am still around to enjoy live!!!!
SO let me know if you are still holding stuff for me and we can chat about wether or not I can afford to continue the dealing. Which if I promised to buy something from you I will follow through!!!!

1 more thing I also did 10K worth of damage to my truck 2 weeks ago so since Oct 11th I have not been on the lake or in the woods hunting. I can go fishing still but cannot tow the boat to a lake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which is a buummer since I have only fished 1 time for muskies!!!!!
But the hunting is done for the year. I am thinking about hitting the woods the 1st weekend in Dec just to get a taste of it and at least say I did hunt!!!!!
But I have to use a portable oxygen tank when I move around alot. I did some damage to both lungs as well as my heart is enlarged dur to haviing to wok so hard to get oxygen to both lungs!!!!!!!!!

Glad to hear that you are still with us. I seen a thread on another site and started browsing this site and came across this thread. These are the stories that makes one stop and think and realize what truly matters in life. We must appreciate all the little things in life and take nothing for granted. P.S., did i mention that we had a deal for you to buy my house LOL. just messin around, Dave. Pretty cool site i'm gonna save it in my favorites and sign up even though i'm a walleye guy and only tried half heartedly for musky once.

Pike Master with my luck it would probably kill me to use that thing. Pretty cool toy could use it on Millacs when fishing deep waters for walleyes!!!!!!!
I do know that I hope I never have to go through what I did again. SOB it was not fun. It was like having someone put a bag over your head trying to breathe after a while!!!!!
Going through what I did does make you think a little more and really appreciate everything and everyone around you. When 3 doctors tell that you should not have even been able to walk into a hospital it sure in the heck wakes you up and truly understand how lucky I am at another chance to be around with the wife and kids!!!
