Location: Victoria,MN		We were on Tonka yesterday, water temps were in the mid thirties.
I believe we are going to have breezy conditions for the next few days, so there should be some open water somewhere ou there.
Access ramps were slick so bring salt!

think 'cement' and you can find open water most years in the metro when others are froze up
