Loooking for some musky lakes near Florence KY preferably within a 30 or 45 minute drive I won't have much time to travel.

Location: 15 miles east of Lake Kinkaid
Brookville Reservoir is an hour.

Ceasar Creek would be close to that. I'd guess that would be your closest best bet. (I'm about 1.5 hrs from you , Do you live in Florence ?)

Caesar Creek is the closest lake that has size and numbers. ITs about 45-50 minutes from Florence. Brookville does have muskies, but it doesnt get fish much. There should be numbers and size there also. East Fork has been stocked the past 3 years and should have some lower 30" fish present. There are some other options in the region that arent more than a couple hours, Cowan Lake, Lil Miami River, Ky River, Cave Run.

Thanks for the info, I live in WI but my main fishing partner is moving to florence for work I'm just doing some research so I can do some morning/evening fishing if I take my wife and kids down to visit.

Ive heard there are some very large muskies in Brookville, but dont know much about the lake. Id love to fish it sometime, im from N. Indiana so id be a 2-3 hour drive for me.

What East fork? The East fork of the white river that runs through southern Indiana?

East fork reservoir is in Clermont county. It is fed by the East Fork of the Little Miami River.
