Location: Clintonville, WI | So, I literally just finished reading one of the business publications I get. The cover page article is a two sided piece about Walker and Barrett, whereby different folks of a good cross section of the business community comment on their experiences with each candidate.
I see the name Marty Forman quoted in the piece and thought "how many Marty Forman's can there be?" Then I see that he is referenced as President of Forman Metal Co. Not really knowing Marty nor specifically what Marty does for a living, but putting the pieces together.....it has got to be!
Not my side of the aisle (and apparently not Marty's normal side either LOL), but a good piece and great contribution to the article by one of our own. www.biztimes.com

| Like it said in the article, "as a business guy, I would generally lean toward a more Republican candidate for the state house," but I have had a personal relationship with Barrett, and I was not a bit surprised when he suffered great personal injury trying to help a woman being attacked--you would totally expect Barrett to do the decent and courageous thing every time. So, I gave him cash. Well, he didn't win. If the other guy really turns out to be good for business, I'll make it back and buy another couple of Revo Toros. Honestly, however, as a guy who has gotten to be a bit of an "old bastard" now, two years from now you will be wanting to toss out the riff-raff that just replaced the riff-raff that tossed out the previous riff-raff, that tossed out the previous riff-raff and (well, you get the picture!) Location: Land of the Musky | As long as the new riff raff gets this insurance crap turned around. Next year I will pay an estimated $2.5k-$3k extra for less coverage. Oh well, who needs money. |
