| Hi guys i just wanted to share some of the baits i made recently. After one year of lurking and learning from everyone on this page it time for to start sharing my lures.
These baits are 10.5 inches long and about 1 1/4 wide. Their first swim was last weekend at St. Clair and they took half our fish! Nothing monsterous yet, just some fun fish. You can see that a few of the batis have some nice teeth marks in them. My friends and are going back up there in 2 weeks to give it another try.
These baits have a pretty good thump. I just about have them figured out to change the action in a desired way. I am guess they dive up 12 - 15ft....?
Enjoy the pics.

| Thank you all for the kind words. All the guys on this site give me some really good ideas
I will have a $9 once i get done with my walleye baits for the upcoming L. Erie night bite.
I have some requests from a Charter buddy at St. Clair. to paint a bunch of different carp, walleye, and perch colors. I really like painting the walleye and perch. I keep trying to think up a good bluegill.
I will post them as they are complete. i may even voyage into glass eyes. We will see. |

| I wish I had the baits with me. The lips are round and between 1 3/4 and 2 inches wide. They petrude out from the bait 1 3/4 inches. The width of the body is 1 1/2 inches.
The actions range from a tight fast wiggle to a big wide wiggle with a healthy thump.
I have a new idea for another shape that I will start making later this month or early next. Plus i will continue to make more of this body. They will be getting some hard fishing next weekend. Let's pray the weather is nice.
