| Heading up to Namekagon next week. Just wondering if the lakes in the Hayward area have turned. More specificly, has Namekagon turned over yet? |

Location: Hayward, WI | I think that the shallower basins have turned, but some of the deeper areas are either close or will as soon as the weather cools down again, as far as Nam. Some of the bigger, deeper Hayward area lakes are still aways from turnover. One lake I checked has water temps below the thermocline around 47 and surface temps have not been lower then mid 50's that I have seen. |

| Heading up early Thursday. Current weather isn't doing anything to speed it along. Supposed to drop into mid- to low 50s by Tuesday, but fearing turn over will still be rolling next weekend. |

Namakagon has partially turned....
I am not really sure if anyone really
knows when a lake turns over...?
I can tell you surface temps are 59
degrees! My guess is lak le started
and has not completed the cycle.
The only fish spotted was a 50"
following a jackpot by 3 white cottages
somewhat acrios lake from the
garmisch! If ou catch him let
me know...good luck!
