Location: Burton, Ohio | I have used automotive clear on some of the walleye blades. They dried in a couple of hours to the touch.
I have heard of some guys using a Devcon spray product also. I am curious to try it myself.
A friend of mine uses the Etex on walleye blades with no problem. They are small #5 colorado's. He hanges them from a wire and dips them. He does make sure the drips are removed with a small brush. It takes longer this way but they look nice at the end. You can even at some glitter to the coating.
