Location: WI | There doesn't seem to be the required 2" spaces between the letters & #'s either. Or the 3" space before the registration decal. A technicality yes, but still a legal requirement in WI. |

Location: The desert | If you are going by the Coast Guard laws for bow number lettering, many boats are illegal. Anyone have numbers that match the color of their boat? Italicized letters? A large percentage of anglers get it right but most pleasure boaters and jet skiers get it wrong.
