Does anybody have any past record keepings (or a good memory) for how the Fall Musky bite has typically been when we've had consistently higher than normal water temps all summer, and then fairly normal Fall water temps in late September? (55-60)

I've found that as long as there is a nice slow cooldown, with no dramatic cold fronts and no stupid-hot stretches, that the fishing is pretty consistent in the fall no matter how warm the water got during the season.
