Who from here is all fishing this weekend for the tourney? We got 2 boats in it this year for the first time for us. Hopefully Mr. Worral's media coverage this weekend is witnessing our 50" fish with the suick hanging out of its mouth.
I will have to see if TJ's old boat (last years) has any Pelican lake mojo left in it or waypoints not deleted from him LOL. Goodluck to everyone this weekend and see you at the registraion, on the water, or at the dinner and awards afterwards.

Looking forward to it, the check for the Ronald McDonald House in Marshfield should be a good one this year!

125 boats. It's going to be crowded, so I will have to catch my 50" on my
favorite suick right away. Then it will be party time. I will have to catch it
on a suick so I can use the $10,000 on taxes on the boat and money.
Hope my partner doesn't screw up the net job or he will be in the water.
Just kidding (well not really if it's a 50").
Saturday weather - RAIN - bring it on.

Norm how the bite been on Pelican?

Would you believe I haven't been out there in weeks

Its very scattered right now, the cool down allowed the fish to go just about anywhere they wanted. Mid to low 60* for water temps already. A lot different then the 70+ we had last year.

I have a hunch that even with 125 boats out there, I will find somewhere to toss a bait.

My wife Fishofathousandcasts and I are starting to get excited, I threw the charger on the battery tonite. She'll be pre fishing Friday while im at work! Hopefully she will have them dialed in for Sat and i'll just have to run the net. Cant wait to have a few cocktails at Gerritts with Hatcher,Knappsack,Dogboy,Bridgeman,Frommy,Saint1, and Team Rhino.

If this is what you are banking on then you'll lose your net, you'll forget to tie your boat up to the dock and you'll have to go swimming for it, you might back into another trailer, and the boat will get carpet burns from a spotlight being left on. Other than that you should be ok. Just double check your wheel bearings before you leave for home.

Just razzing you TJ. hehehehehehe.

While other tournaments suffer, this one if filled! Nice work Gary and everyone else involved.

Have fun guys, be safe and be courteous to each other.

i just hope that jared and i are registered! could be a long day at lakeview with bloody mary's and chicken!
getting pretty stoked now, just too bad i wont be jumping in the lake this year, well, unless something good happens
ive got a case of the magic baits all ready to be put in the cooler.
the color happens to be silver boys! thats all im saying.

and as far as following my boat around this year, well, theres no way in brett favre history of winning back to back titles, so we'll be floating aimlessly amongst other fisherman playing "soft rock" and maybe making a cast or two.
anyone who is directly behind my boat might have to check my prop for weeds.

good luck to all. (except that guy that is tying up a poor 51 to a buoy right now.)
should be a great time as always.
i want 2nds on the chicken! and 3rds on the shots of jack!

I just got our boat in last night and I'm pretty sure that was TJ out there marking all his spots. Sure looked like him anyways in that Tuff Team boat. I know where you're planning to fish...
