Location: Bemidji, Lake Vermilion | Just got a new Muskie Bumper the other day. Only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn't get a choice of right or left, I prefer the end/corner in the left, and got a right. Ordered from Rollie and Helens, they were great and it was a big order and I got a few complimentary DVD's in my package as a thank you, still wish the board was configured the other way, which is how I'd seen all the other Muskie Bumpers I'd previously seen (I really prefer grabbing with my left hand). Board still is great though. |

Location: Bemidji, Lake Vermilion | Hi all, Tony from MuskieBumper saw my post, got a hold of me, and worked out a great arrangement to get me a lefty board!! What an awesome level of service! Thanks a bunch Tony! These boards are very very nice, the one I got was great, but can't say enough about the service of someone catching an online post and setting up a board for me the way I like it! Huge extra votes for MuskieBumper from me! |

| pretty sure you can still use it left-to-right...just makes the numbers upside down, eh? still quite legible i think. |

You COULD, but it's a pain in the butt. If you hold the fish's head in your right hand, and the board's bumper is on the left, you have to go over the back-bumper to do it. Either that, or you have to bump the tail, which isn't very accurate at all. |

Location: Ontario, Canada | Another vote for Tony and his "Fat Boy" Muskie Bumper board.
Tony helped me out with the best shipping cost to Ontario-he cared about the cost to me, and did his best.
His board is quality imho, and has stood the test of time for me. I bought mine July of 2009.

Location: MN | I really like my T's tackle bump. I really do like that it has not metal hinges to protect the fish, and that it has a weight estimator.

| Musky Bumper made the correct way for most of us that grab the fish with our right hand.

| I looked at many online and saw most of them in person last year at the show in Chicago and Madison. I chose the T's Tackle board. It has multiple sizes and options. They are wide top to bottom, measure board printed directly to the material, and it floats. I think that there are many good options but this for me was the best.
If I had a large boat of my own and did not transport it so much I would also look at the option from Just Encase. It has multiple hinges and even has a model that the tape glows in the dark. They were shown at the Chicago Musky Show and Madison as well. If you contact Bob I am sure they may have a few left from show season. |

| I chose Musky Bumper because the make one " backwards" which actually works the best for those of us that hold the fish with our right hand. The numbers read from right to left instead of left to right.

I believe Muskie Bumper has been around longer so more people have them, also Muskie Bumper has amazing customer service, I'm sure they are both great products, I chose muskie bumper because i like to by local if i'm able and the owner lives just across town from me |

| T's Tackle has really done a nice job with their bump boards. The measurments are printed right on the board (no stickers), and every piece of the board is fish friendly with no sharp edges. It feels good, well built. I am very happy with it. |

Location: Contrarian Island | I ordered a custom MuskieBumper over a month ago...the space I put it in is only 28" so I had to have them custom make mine...it took longer than he anticipated so he sent me a 36" walleyebumper as well no charge..these things are built very well...can't be happier w both...

Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin | I checked out every bumpboard for a year. Purchased the Just Encase board and its hands down the best one out. The super glow on the whole board is unbelievable. I can take a fish at night and lay it on the board, remove it and release it. Then look at the board and see the whole outline of the fish exactly. No problem getting an exact measurement to the 1/8 inch. Unbelievable. Please check these out. If you do you will see they are the top bump board on the market. Triple hinged so the store anywhere, board reads either way. Bump end can be pulled out and put on either side. Simply the best option for quick releases and easy storage. Bob is the man. |
