Good work, Hillbilly. Troll on.
But a question from north of your border: Is there enough muskie water in West "By God" Virginia to satisfy the West Virginia anglers? Does your state take its muskie stocking serously?

I believe there are some pretty good musky waters in WV. As far as rivers, the Buckhannon River has a C&R section and if you are looking for numbers that is the place to go. Just don't expect many over 40". Alot of the smaller streams and very small streams have good musky populations. In my area Stonecoal, Stonewall Jackson and Burnsville Lakes all offer good musky fishing with good oppurtunities at 50"+ fish. All three of these lakes has the potential to produce the next state record. I think the WVDNR are serious about our stocking program. I just don't know how it compares to other states.
