I'm no fashion expert but the picture looks to me like a reverse tuxedo. Joe would know, he's the J. Peterman of clothing and related expertise. I used to have more than one of those Hecklers. I can see now why guys put locks on their tackle boxes, good luck finding one.

Went to the website and what a awesome array of sweet lures he makes. I really like his spinner baits as well.
