The clear plastic ones are available at R&H Musky Shop. Also the Lakewood Pedestal Pal.

Or if you want to save a pile of cash you could make a Pedestal Pal yourself out of 3" plastic gutter downspout.
Cost - about $8, time to make - 20 minutes.
