Has anyone put splash guards on their Tuffy Osprey/Esox Deep V type boat?

The only thing I don't like about my 1760 is the transom is so low to the water any wave or reverse action causes a lot of water to come into the boat. Even parked bow in for just a short time causes one to worry about it---obviously a big problem if enough water comes in.

Not a troller and fish 100% for Musky casting but would like to eliminate water coming over the transom.

Anyone try putting splash guards on to solve this problem---Almost forgot, do have a kicker mounted on the drivers side---would that matter?

Thanks in advance

OK, that boat has a rear mounted fuel tank and probably has a 22" transom, the 2006 and forward models are 25" transom and center mounted tank. I know there are several splash guard companies who have that pattern. The kicker will make you use a split design splash guard, or...you can make your own from 1/8" aluminum plate and some rubber sheeting. Make absolutely sure you completely seal any holes you use to mount the guards with silicone sealant.
