Those things are delicious. Pretty, too, for a crawfish. Hope they don't spread.

I ate some of those once too. They're better than lobster! What a fun party that was. It takes about two hours to get yourself filled up.

I sort of wish there was another invasive specie that would somehow overwhelm the Rusties and not eat every weed in sight. Might be a good research project, but probably wishful thinking.
