It's a beautiful morning at Spring Bay, with temps going into the 80's and sunny skies. Sue and I are going to multi-specie it today, guaranteeing a fish fry for us, TJ, and OFM Radio host Thomas Allen, arriving this evening with his Dad.

We'll spend the day up in the Norwegian Bay area getting the new 1700 Tuffy organized, looking for gills, bass, and pike, and we'll worry about muskies this evening.

Dave just stopped in and said a one boat stopped back in form early fishing and said they saw a couple, but they were pretty lazy follows. The big girl that took a serious interest in my Awaker last night wasn't...she just missed on a deep figure 8.

The coffee is excellent.

Creatured up a smally and a pike, and beat the gills mercilessly. We had a blast, too, on a hot, windy, no clouds day. The Fish Fry is ON! Video soon.

The wind and temps were both quite high on Day Two, and the muskies were very tough. Team Krishna lost one at the boat, and a couple were seen; none boated.

The bluegills went nuts, the bass were OK, the pike cooperated, and the fish fry was excellent!

Thanks Steve,

A change in plans. My son received a concussion in football last week. Thought he was feeling better. I appreciate you looking into that for me.

This outing sounds like a blast. Just curious, how many anglers are participating this week?

About ready to take back off for muskies. Had a VERY windy and hot day here with winds in the mid 20's and gusting higher. Looks like a front will roll through tonight, and the winds...will howl out of the west. If it's cooler, I'm good with that.

Thomas moved several today including a supertanker, and so did TJ, Sue and I got a mid 30's and some superb Perch, haven't heard from anyone else yet. Had to sit to panfish, because the wind would have blown us out of the boat otherwise.

Steve did a great dockside this morning, it's uploading now!

We'll have a fishing report from yesterday when we are done with the Suick Lures dockside this morning. I know everyone was dealing with extremely high winds, but moving fish. TJ and I moved 5 last evening, active fish, but wouldn't commit. All in the mid to upper 40 class, on double 10's and topwater.

The wind is whipping out there now, changed from south to west and hasn't seemed to drop off at all. It's going to be tough out there again today.
