I'm going to be up there Labor Day weekend with a friend and will be doing a lot of fishing there. Anyone know this lake? Any tips to put me on some fish?
Thanks,
Brian

If this is the Rhinelander Julia..
Very nice body of water with lots of medium Muskies. Spinnerbaits, bucktails, and twitch baits all day, surface during the evening. Fish the weedline and rock points and shorelines.

Went to school in 80, 81 at the Nicolet College Lake Julia campus, easily the prettiest setting in the country to go to school. During the winter, I would workstudy in the LRC and watch my tipups from the window.

First thing is SSSHHHHHH!!!!!

Most people don't know this lake exists. The Rhinelander Julia gets all the attention... let's keep it that way, ay?

Seriously though, this lake has big fish potential... but for some reason it is an action lake for ME. With the steep drops to deep water all over the lake... I'd have to say keep pounding the weedlines with confidence baits and hope you bump into a bruiser.

I've had better luck on the north side of the lake rather than the south... but I've only fished it early in the season.

Good Luck!
