I thought i seen a quick fix on repairing these bearings last year in a post by NWick. Either he oiled them or degreased them, something like that. Can anybody find this old post, i tried but couldnt find it. Any help appreciated.

NEVER use Grease on a anti-rev bearing, I use HOT SAUCE OIL only !!!!!!
Grease will make that bearing slip !!!!!!!!!
If you are fishing in very warm temps then a 50/50 mix of HOT SAUCE GREASE & OIL will work and last longer then just oil.

LundBob-
Where can you purchase these? And are they the same for the St Croix and Daiwa Luna?
John
Just call St. Croix. Number is on their website. Transfer into service and tell them sometimes your drag seems to let go and no line will reel in and you think your roller clutch is going bad. They will probably send you one free of charge.
