Location: Germantown, WI | ok- i've been loving the i-pilot on my new terrova, however, i'm an idiot!! i had the remote on the front deck and must have sped away across the lake, hit a few waves and my guess is it flew out and into the drink. The good news is it floats, the bad news is it doesn't come with it's own gps homing beacon!!
so i guess i need to find a new remote. i've been online and only found one place that sells them and they were $135, which seems kind of steep. Any body know if there is a retail store that sells these and what is the cost i can expect to pay?
Will it be easy to sync up the new remote to the trolling motor... i assume that is what the button on the top of the unit is for ?
