Location: Big Falls MN | Whats the best way to get a metal lip to stay in a crank bait. The bait i made was a jake style would it be easier to screw it in there or epoxy it? |

Take a cooler and fill it with water, add the hooks to the bait, tape a small egg sinker (I typically weight mine in 2 spots) to the bait and move it around until the bait is correctly oriented in the water. mark the weight position and drill out hole glue weights in position with D2T and fill with plumbers putty, sand and you are ready to paint and clear.

Location: Land of the Musky | Metal is best with three holes and use screws. Just like a Cisco Kid metal lip.
