Location: MN | Yes he does, as do most. On the one hand you'd want them fishing so you can get an idea what's working (and make sure it's not something your doing - as long as it's from the back of the boat), but on the other hand you just know there's only going to be probably 1-3 fish caught on most trips, if any, so in my opinion you dramatically cut down the odds of you or your partner being the one doing the catching by having another bait tempting those possible targets. However, catching in my opinion is not the most important thing, it's the learning. |

Please post some pictures when you get back!!! Jason is great to fish with. He took my buddy and me out in November and I think the high was 10F that day, 1" of ice in the boat and it was windy. The guy is a trooper, just don't play poker with him! He will win all of your tackle in about 45 minutes or less  He is a real wealth of knowledge and worth every penny as a guide.

Location: Hayward, WI | I would hope to have a guide fish, especially if they are in the back of the boat. Don't you always wonder how a guide would be working X bait in X situation? If they catch a fish from the back of he boat, they caught one that you already fished past. I would love to get out with Jason some day. He put BIG fish in the boat every time he was on Keyes Outdoors. Good luck on your trip. Hope you come back with lots of good pictures to show us!
