Logged off Friday Night everything A OK.. Came in on Monday after fishing all weekend to find my surge protector melted and the power cord on my lap top burned off. Logged on today with a brand new HP Pavillion. Wow is this thing cool, I know that I will have to learn a lot more stuff now but what a nice way to be forced into this century..

I have 3 computers and just put all three online yesterday. I am on my old one right now that I bought in 2003 and it is actually faster than my newest one and this one has a slower processor and 1 gig vs. 3 gigs of memory. Vista sucks that bad.

Had similar things happen in the past. I now have three external hard drives and 4 laptops all identical so at anytime one computer burns up its 30 minutes and re-imaged and right back to work I go Cost a little to upgrade but well worth it with over 500 hours in websites built plus all other important stuff on computers these days... I may even start backing up on a server out in CA soon just as my plan E.
